HOA Fee Increasing to $180 Per Month (Effective 1/1/2022)

Dear Brentwood Pointe II Homeowners,

In order to help fund necessary maintenance and improvements throughout the community, the HOA Fee will be increasing to $180 per month effective January 1, 2022. Costs have increased substantially, and maintenance needs continue to increase as the community ages.

If you pay your HOA fees via auto-draft through David Floyd & Associates, Inc., the HOA fee adjustment will occur automatically (no action is required). If you make payments via mailed checks or make online payments, please be sure to pay the new HOA fee amount ($180 per month) beginning in January.
