Updated HOA Rules & Regulations
The HOA Rules & Regulations have been updated and are attached for your review. All residents are expected to abide by the Rules & Regulations. Investor-owners will be held responsible for the actions of their tenants.
Swimming Pool Now Open
The swimming pool is now open. Please be sure to carefully review the pool rules prior to utilizing the pool. If you have misplaced your pool fob and need to purchase a new one, please email us at BrentwoodPointe2@gmail.com.
Landscaping
Please note that the HOA generally maintains all landscaping, including the landscaping beds directly in front of the units. Homeowners must obtain prior written HOA approval prior to planting shrubs or trees.
It is tentatively planned for new shrubs to be planted in front landscaping beds where shrubs previously died this Fall. Considering that the front landscaping beds are not irrigated, planting new shrubs in the Fall should maximize the new shrubs’ chance of survival.
Pets
Pets must remain leashed at all times while in the common areas. Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Pets are not permitted on the tennis court or within the pool area.
Community Yard Sale
A community yard sale is scheduled to be held Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 7:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Homeowners Cathy Irwin and Kathy Ignatz have volunteered to coordinate the sale, and more details will be provided.
